Step:

  1. Mix everything together. Add water to create the desired consistency. Leave to sit for an hour

  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite sized pieces and toss in the batter. Leave to absorb for another hour.

  3. Fry at 200C until golden brown (about 5 mins). Taste a piece and add salt if required.

  3. 200 ml cashew milk (or similar)
  4. Salt
  5. Pepper
  6. Tumeric
  7. Paprika or hot sauce
  8. 1 whole cauliflower
