Step:

  1. Wash and slice and boil the rhubarb for 10m. Spread in the base of a flan dish. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon

  2. Mix the butter, sugar and flour together in a bowl, using your hands and fingertips to form breadcrumbs/crumble mixture.

  3. Cook in the oven at 170 oc (fan assisted) for 25 -30 minutes or until a light golden brown

  5. Cinnamon and sugar to sprinkle
  6. 1 large punnet blackberries
  7. 4 strips of rhubarb
