Put the ingredients into a bread machine and set it to make the dough.
Once it's done, take out the dough, divide it into 8 portions and form each portion into the shape of a rice paddle. Heat up the panini machine, coat it with vegetable oil, and cook them for 5 minutes.
Enjoy it with some store-bought keema curry, or make your own.
You can take leftover curry and put it on top of some of the nan, toast it, and make nan pizza. You can also store this in the fridge for breakfast.
