Mix the ingredients together.
Warm the rice, and mix in the sesame seeds. Spread the rice on a piece of cooking parchment paper.
Put a piece of plastic wrap on top of the rice, and spread the rice thinly using a rolling pin. It should be about the size of your palm. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
Peel the plastic wrap off the rice. Bring the flattened rice to the frying pan on the kitchen parchment paper, and flip it over into the pan.
Spread the mixture you made in Step 1 on the rice, and top with green onion and cheese. Cook over medium heat.
When the cheese has melted and the bottom of the rice has browned, turn it over with a spatula. Don't move it around until the cheese has browned.
When the cheese is browned and crispy, it's done.
