Step:

  1. * if you wish you can use 2 cans of chicken instead.

  2. saute celery, onion, and bell pepper in butter.. celery should be semi cooked

  3. add 2 cans of the soup and the milk.

  4. when soup looks like gravy add diced chicken and peas and carrots

  5. spread out biscuits and put in the bottom of ramekins. fill with soup/ chicken mix.

  6. use a spread out biscuit for the top. use milk to brush on top of each biscuit.

  7. cook until biscuit is brown.

  8. * can cut recipe in half.. if so get small can of biscuits... can of 6.

  9. * I bought a bundle of 24 ramekins off eBay for 12.00. they hard cardboard lids.

  10. * can use beef... if so change soup to cream of mushroom.


Ingredients

  1. 1 can biscuits (can make your own). I use the flaky biscuits from walmart.
  2. 1 can Progressive Loaded Potato Soup
  3. 1 can cream of chicken soup (low sodium)
  4. 3 tbsp butter
  5. 2 stalks of celery (chopped)
  6. 1 medium onion (minced)
  7. 1 small bell pepper (chopped)
  8. 1 cup milk
  9. 2 large chicken breast cooked (look at recipe for flavorful chicken broth on my profile)
  10. 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
