* if you wish you can use 2 cans of chicken instead.
saute celery, onion, and bell pepper in butter.. celery should be semi cooked
add 2 cans of the soup and the milk.
when soup looks like gravy add diced chicken and peas and carrots
spread out biscuits and put in the bottom of ramekins. fill with soup/ chicken mix.
use a spread out biscuit for the top. use milk to brush on top of each biscuit.
cook until biscuit is brown.
* can cut recipe in half.. if so get small can of biscuits... can of 6.
* I bought a bundle of 24 ramekins off eBay for 12.00. they hard cardboard lids.
* can use beef... if so change soup to cream of mushroom.
