Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 425º. Peel, core, slice apples.combine the apples, br. Sugar, corn starch, cinnamon. Place in crust.

  2. Combine all the Topping ings. With your fingers until crumbly. Sprinkles crumbs on top.

  3. Bake 45 minutes. Watch the top uf it gets to Brown throw a piece of foil on top.check to make sure apples are tender. I stabbed a knife in mine.

  4. To make Carmel. Combine the sugar , corn syrup in a sausepan . I used a non stick one. Cook stirring until a deep amber color. Remove from heat add butter, cream , vanilla one at a time. Be careful might splatter. When pie is cool. Pour all over the top. ( it makes pretty much. I did not put all my carmel on. I saved the rest of it).

  2. 1 unbaked pie shell ( I made my own)
  3. 6 cup sliced Apples
  4. 1/4 cup brown sugar
  5. 3 tbsp cornstarch
  6. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  7. Topping
  8. 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  9. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  10. 1 cup rolled oats
  11. 1/2 tsp salt
  12. 1/4 cup brown sugar
  13. 1/3 cup white sugar
  14. 1/2 cup butter
  15. Carmel
  16. 1 cup white sugar
  17. 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  18. 6 tbsp butter
  19. 6 tbsp heavy cream
  20. 1 tsp vanilla extract
