Preheat oven 400 Fahrenheit
Mix all the crust ingredients. Mix them well.
Microwave, or steam the filling vegetables, carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower for a total of 9 minutes.
In a deep dish pie pan put your crust mixture in bottom and sides set the rest aside.
Add walnuts and steam vegetables to bottom crust add shredded cheese. Sprinkle with some salt.
Form like patties the crust for top. Add to top in sections. Then smooth it out add thinly sliced onions. Add cheese. Bake 30 minutes.
After its baked add tomato sauce, and bake 7 more minutes. Take out cover 10 minutes, serve hope you enjoy!
