Step:

  1. Turn on oven 325F.

  2. Combine oats, nuts, and coconut in a large bowl.

  3. Heat coconut oil, vanilla and honey in a small skillet and pour over oat mixture

  4. Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg. Toss to coat and spread mixture on baking sheet. Bake at for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

  5. Cool completely and mix with dried fruits.


Ingredients

  1. 3 1/2 cup Old fashioned rolled oats
  2. 1 cup Shredded sweet coconut
  3. 1/4 cup Chopped pecans
  4. 1/4 cup Chopped walnuts
  5. 1/4 cup Sliced almonds
  6. 1 cup Raisins
  7. 1 cup Chopped dried fruit (peaches, cranberries, etc)
  8. 7 tsp Coconut oil
  9. 5 tbsp Honey
  10. 1 pinch Cinnamon, Nutmeg
  11. 1/2 tsp Vanilla bean extract
